What the extension does
EDI Reader Energie is a VS Code extension. It reads your EDIFACT messages (UTILMD, MSCONS, APERAK, CONTRL and others) and the lists you load, on your machine, inside the editor: neither the messages nor their content are sent to us or to anyone else. It sends no telemetry and no usage data. It writes a file only when you ask for it (a report saved as CSV or HTML), where you choose; an anonymised copy opens as a new unsaved document.
Pro version and licence key
Your messages and lists never leave this machine: the only network call is the licence check. Activation needs one connection to api.gumroad.com (through your VS Code proxy settings); after that, Pro works offline. No telemetry.
The licence check sends the key you entered and the identifier of the product to Gumroad (api.gumroad.com), our sales platform, at activation and then at most once a day while Pro is active. It never carries a message, a list or their content. We run no server that receives the key. The key and the result of the check are kept on your machine, in the storage VS Code sets aside for the extension. Gumroad is responsible for payment, subscription and billing data.

This site sets no cookie, loads no external resource and uses no analytics or advertising tracker.
Your rights
We keep no personal data from the extension, so there is nothing on our side to access, correct or delete. For anything related to a purchase, write to support@novair.app or contact Gumroad. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
